December 2004 A Retirement workshop was held at Flynn's on the Hill and was attended by approximately 100 individuals. Click here.  January 2005 The secretaries voted down their contract proposal. February 2005 The Nominating Committee puts out the first pieces of information about the upcoming PEA elections.	March 2005 1) A second Food Drive netted another $1,471 for NORWESCAP bringing our five year total to over $11,000! Click here. 2) Our first-ever scholarship drive netted over $1,500 which is to be given to graduating Phillipsburg HS seniors. 3) ESP conference attended by some of our members.	April 2005 1) PEA sent out over 700 letters to all NJEA members living in the Phillipsburg (08865), Stewartsville (08886) and Bloomsbury (08804) areas urging them to vote for their local school budgets in Alpha, Bloomsbury, Greenwich, Harmony, Lopatcong, Phillipsburg & Pohatcong. All seven school budgets passed for the first time since 2000! Click here. 2) A general meeting was held at Flynn's on the Hill to allow candidates for office to speak to Association members.
